E-OPEN SOLUTIONS, compromises to configure and to allow the use of online electronic information services through the Internet to the client.  Besides, our business compromises to offer the client the service of space in their servers so that the client can publish their information on the Internet and that the users of the Network can access to it.

The business is not obliged to return the amount to the client, due to the cancellation or annulment of an order of work already carried out and cancelled, or after the signature in a contract. 

The client chooses the type of information is going to show or to publish (can be textual, graphic, digital sound or video) and even, the client has the faculty to choose the language in which desires to publish everywhere.

The Website will be able to contain: texts, graphic, audio, video, forms and links with other pages or webs, inside the HTML standard. 

In the case of forms, the business does not blame itself of the information generated by these forms inside the web. 

The client is the only responsible of the information that will be transmitted and made, therefore, he assumes all the responsibilities that are felt in the future.  The business, will not have any civil or penal responsibility by the information supplied or transmitted by the client. 

The client cannot perform the following activities: 

• Spaming, is the unsolicited sharing of publicity to recipients with the ones that the client does not maintain any relation of business or they have not given their approval to receive this publicity

   

• Spoofing, is the use of an origin mail direction, which is not a valid direction of cross-reference that identifies to whom sends.
• Spaming (pasive), is to promote an opened website by E-Open Solutions, thru a spam elaborated from another source
• Trooling, is to send controversial messages to groups of news to generate answers
• Mailbombing, that is to overload a user with mail without serious intentions
• Hacking / Cracking

   

• Generation of a very high volume of mail at the outset in relation to what consumes a normal user, which means 20% or more than the available resources
• Subscription of someone to an electronic mailing list without the permission of that person
• Distribution of programs for massive shipment of mail

   

• Publishing pornography or marketing with matters related to sex
• Using the services from the business for illegal purposes such as distribution of drug, intent to access without authorization to a computer system, to pirate (to distribute copyright material in violation to the copyright laws), money games, plans for fraud, traffic of obscene material, to snare people or groups

   

• Place in knowledge codes that have a harmful effect in computers and third people
• Sending private information about a person without his consent
• Using programs that can consume excessive resources from the server, causing the decrease in the quality of access to the sites.

The Client must be 18 years or older

The client declares that the advertising material is from his property, without any limitation; and, consequently, holds personal responsibility and directly before the business and/or third parties of the eventual infractions to the Copyright Law of  and/or Industrial law, freeing the business from any responsibility of what is published by the client's account. 

The client, compromises to credit the extraordinary expenses that could be derived from evil use of the information from his part.  If a case of Spaming is proved a fine of $600 US, should be paid and the account will be canceled permanently.  In the case of data loss case by negligence of the client, the business will try to recover the data since the most recent files by a cost of 100 usd (the complete back-up copies are carried out weekly).
